How do I place
an order?
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
cart to enter your credit card information. If you would like to place
an order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-866-574-3536 or 617-399-0775
anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday through
Friday. ALL PRICES ARE REFLECTED IN US DOLLARS.
If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can email

How will I know if my order placed online has been received?
Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail
from Alexcaseybaby.com. If you do not receive this confirmation, please
contact us at customerservice@alexcaseybaby.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 24 -48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders will
be shipped in 2-3 days, but occasionally an item is out of stock and
will take longer. If for any reason delivery will exceed 2 weeks,
we will contact you promptly. Once your order has shipped, you will
be notified by email. If you require a rush order, please email or
call us at 1-866-574-3536 or 617-399-0775 anytime between the hours
of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
What method of shipping do you use?
Alex Casey Baby uses USPS Ground for most shipping within the United
States. If you require a rush order, please contact us at 1-866-574-3536
or 617-399-0775 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST,
Monday through Friday so that we can process your order immediately.
Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the
shopping cart. Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge within
the United States using standard shipping (via USPS or UPS at our
discretion). Please note packages are not delivered on weekends.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
$1 - $50: $9.50
$51 - $100: $12.50
$101 - $149: $15.50
$150+: FREE
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Of course we ship to Canada! Canadian shipments are sent via
the US Postal Service (USPS).
Please choose your preferred method of shipment:
Priority Mail: $25 – 6-10 days. Does not include tracking service but guarantees delivery time.
Express Mail $30 - 3-5 days. Includes tracking service and a guaranteed delivery time. Packages are insured up to $100 against loss or damage.
Please be advised that all packages entering Canada are subject to
inspection by Customs. Alex Casey Baby cannot be held responsible
for any added duties or taxes deemed payable by Customs. Please contact
us with questions.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we are set-up to ship to the UK via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $35. However, if you would like to ship outside of the UK, send an email to info@alexcaseybaby.com or call us at 866-574-3536 and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We do! At Alex Casey Baby, we believe presentation is as important
as products. Every order comes carefully packaged and ready to give.
If your order requires special gift wrap, we make every effort to
ensure your gift arrives at its destination perfectly packaged.
What’s the
deal with sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within
the state of Massachusetts (5%).
Where can I find more information regarding new products and promotions?
Alex Casey Baby invites you to “Join Us” by clicking on
the designated link on the homepage. By providing us with your e-mail,
you will receive periodic updates about our newest products and latest
promotions including coupon codes to use on our site.
What if I’m not 100% satisfied with my order?
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that
you will be pleased with your order. We want you to be 100% happy
with the products you receive! If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, please send an email to customerservice@alexcaseybaby.com
or call us at 1-866-574-3536 or 617-399-0775 anytime between the hours
of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, within 10 days of
receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will accept
authorized returns within 10 days as long as the items are unused
and in the original packaging. If you fail to notify Alex Casey Baby
of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 10 business
day window, or if Alex Casey Baby suspects an item that you have returned
has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your
expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Alex Casey Baby will
either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the
credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected
in exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note all personalized items are FINAL SALE.
Special Requests
Service is a priority at Alex Casey Baby.
